New Twin Waters Weblog started.
Today I started a new weblog, and intend to update it on a regular basis (at least weekly). The blog is intended to keep information up to date for prospective guests and other interested parties.

Twin Waters Lodge awarded Qualmark 4 star plus rating.
Last week we finally had our inspection by Qualmark, and were awarded a four star plus rating. This is a very high rating for hosted accommodation, particularly in a remote area such as we are, and reflects the very high standard of accommodation we offer.

New Wing Open
On October 25 we had the opening function for our new wing. The photographs of the new rooms can now be seen on the "About" page.
The new wing gives us 4 new guest rooms, 3 double and one twin, all with new ensuite bathrooms and private decks. All the rooms have themes relating to places we have travelled and enjoyed, and are named to reflect this: Naigani has a pacific island theme - it is also a disabled compliant unit; Safari has an African theme; Zanzibar, our twin bed suite, reflects the African/Arabian culture of that spice island, and Shangai is a Chinese / Japanese oriental blend.
As well, there is a new guest / TV lounge which can double as a meeting venue, and soon to be a library/study, where guests can catch up on correspondence, or just relax with a book.
